1- Macro data is confidential and not allowed to be reviewed by any individual or authority.
2- Not allowed to use any statistical statement as a basis for linking tax, and not used as evidence for any judicial or legal action.
3- All should provide data that required by CAPMAS representatives with what represent the truth and in a specified timing and to allow CAPMAS deputy to review all the documents to verify these statements.
4- Punished by prison with no less than a month, and not more than 6 months and with a fine not less than 100 L.E. and not exceed than 500 L.E. for those who break the previous provisions of articles or give incorrect data.
