General Statistics Law No. (35) of 1960 Article (403) 1- Individual data is confidential and may not be shared with any individual or entity 2- It is not permissible to use any statement/statistical as a basis for assessing a tax, and no evidence shall be taken for any judicial or legal action 3- Everyone must introduce the requested data to CAPMAS representatives in accordance with truth ,in the required dates, and allow CAPMAS representatives to view all documents to verify the statement validity 4- Whoever violates the provisions of the previous articles or makes incorrect statements shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of no less than a month and not exceeding six months and a fine of no less than 100 pounds and not more than 500 pounds.

All statistics issued by CAPMAS do not have dealing conditions other than those incoming in Law 35 or under Law 35
