Public Statistics Law No. (35) for year 1960, Article No. (403)

1- Macro data confidential and not allowed to be reviewed by any individual or authority
2- Not allowed to use any statistical statement as a basis for linking tax, and not used as an evidence for any judicial or legal action
3- Everybody should provide data that required by CAPMAS representatives with what is truth and in specified timing and to allow CAPMAS deputy to review all the documents to verify the statements
4- Punished by prison with no less than a month, and not exceed than 6 months and with a fine not less than 100 L.E. and not exceed than 500 L.E. for who break the previous provisions of articles or give incorrect data

All statistics released by CAPMAS has no terms of dealing not included in Law No. 35 or in the framework of Law No.35
