Overview
Inputs and Outputs tables are based on classification of economic aggregates components and elements to clarify the interlocking relationships between national economy and interrelationships between various industries,where every industry uses other industries products as an intermediate consumption or fixed capital formation,whereas this industry products may be used as intermediate or capital uses in other industry.Inputs and outputs tables show activities as produced in the rows,and as consumed in the columns.The tables represent an important tool for studying the interrelationships between various sectors of national economy. This is in order to identify these interlinkages structure whether between activities with each other (intermediate demand) or the relationships of these activities with the final demand components (Final consumption spending, Total capital formation, Exports - imports) and added value elements (Workers compensation and Operating surplus).
