Overview
ICT sector is an important sector which represents the nerve of modern life.So,the State has given great importance to advancement of this sector to To keep up with technological and informational revolution which contributes in providing the most accurate information in the fastest time and at the lowest cost.Telecommunications sector is one of the most important sectors related to technological progress,which in turn facilitate communication at local and international levels making the world a small village.
CAPMAS is concerned with publishing of Annual Bulletin of Telecommunications 2016/2017 in A.R.E,which includes data
about number of telephone exchanges,their payloads,calls,properties,external and local cables,telephone and telegraph offices,telex cabins,facsimile machines,revenues,expenses,employment and malfunctions according to areas and governorates in addition to data about mobile and internet services.
This publication is intended for planners,interested persons and researchers in this field hoping to achieve required objectives.
