The statement is collected as follows: Non-petroleum imports through Customs Authority on CD and CAPMAS website. Non-petroleum exports through General Authority for Export and Import Control through CAPMAS website. Petroleum exports and imports from Ministry of Petroleum as Paper documents. Electricity exports and imports via Ministry of Electricity as Paper documents.

Working is begun using the customs certificate according to the statistical guide for the harmonized customs tariff items consisting of (10) limits and prepared according to the harmonized tariff terms issued by Republic President Decree No.(39) of 2007 dated in 5 February 2007.
