The bulletin consists of the following forms and models:
·Agricultural Credit Associations Form (233 AM) - The number of 25 forms are to be collected from Agricultural Cooperatives Directorates in the governorates.
·Fisheries Form (239 AM) - The number of 1 form is to be collected by General Authority for Fisheries.
·Reclaimed land (237 AM) - The number of 1 form is to be collected by Land reclamation sector.
·Seasonal agricultural investment loan and village banks annual models from Agricultural Development and Credit Bank.
·Agricultural reform associations data models are collected by General Authority for agricultural reform.
·Local development dund models are to be collected by Local Development Fund.

Regional branch sector reviews the frames and verifies its compliance with all metadata before its distribution upon the sources from which the data will be collected and these sources frames are delivered to the statistical offices to collect data from these sources in the governorates and then follow up the forms recieving from the sources in coordination with the statistical offices and the central departments by telephone calls and urging then reviewing received forms from reviewing sources.
