Arab Republic of Egypt - Annual bulletin of Egyptians who obtained approval to immigrate abroad and Egyptians who get other nationalities year 2023

First – Target of the Bulletin: aims to identify the size and characteristics of Egyptians who obtained approval for legal immigration and to know the development of the immigration of Egyptians with different specializations and scientific competencies during the period (2019-2023) and to identify the size and characteristics of immigrants in 2023. The bulletin also aims to identify the size and characteristics of Egyptians who acquired the citizenship of a foreign country during the period (2019-2023) and to identify other nationalities that Egyptians obtained during the year 2023.
Second - Data sources: The bulletin relies on data on Egyptians who obtained approval to immigrate abroad and who left the country through legal channels and Egyptians abroad who acquired the status of immigrants, who are those who submitted a request to be considered immigrants on forms 348 , 349 for immigrants and who acquired the status of immigrants received from the administration Passports, Immigration and Nationality at the Ministry of Interior.
Thirdly - Periodicity of the Bulletin: The bulletin has been issued periodically annually since 1968 under the name of Permanent Immigration of Egyptians. The name of the bulletin was changed to (Egyptians who obtained approval to immigrate abroad) starting from the bulletin of 2010, and it was changed in 2015 to "Egyptians who obtained approval to immigrate abroad and Egyptians who obtained another nationality" to reflect the content of the bulletin.
Fourthly - Coverage of the bulletin: The bulletin includes immigrants who left the country through legal channels as well as those abroad who applied to be considered immigrants and Egyptians who obtained other nationalities.
