The statement is collected as follows: Non-petroleum imports by Customs Department on the magnetic cylinder and CAPMAS site for Non-petroleum exports through General Authority for Export and Import Control through petroleum exports and imports CAPMAS site using Ministry of Petroleum, Exports and imports of electrical energy paper documents through Ministry of Electricity and Energy Paper documents

As of January 2008, Customs certificate has been prepared in accordance with the statistical guide for harmonized tariff items consisting of (10) limits and prepared according to harmonized tariff terms issued by the President's Decree No. (39) for 2007 on 5 February 2007
