Abstract
The bulletin purpose:

· Identify number of Egyptian graduates and delegates from universities (Government - Private) and institutes (Higher - Upper Intermediate) and academies in terms of educational groups,graduatation authorities and specialization divisions,gender and governorate.

· Identify the higher degrees (Diploma - Master - PhD) for the enrolled,As well as that obtained by Egyptians from Egyptian and foreign universities according to educational groups,study fields,graduatation authorities,specialization divisions and gender.

· Identify number of delegates who obtained the higher degrees from Egyptian universities according to countries groups and specialization divisions and gender.
