Description

Housing is a basic life requirement, which is one of the most aggravated problems
caused by large population and increasing demand for housing units. It is considered
a moving problem that changes with social and economic development of peoples to meet
community needs for housing units.
Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) issues "Housing
Bulletin in Egypt 2020/2021" which includes residential implemented and under
implementations units by sector (government, public / public business and private)
according to type of construction (economic - average - above average – luxuriousnational project ( distributed at governorat of level . Also such bulletin contains social
housing project (One Million units) implemented by (Reconstruction Agencies - Housing
Directorates - New urban communities authority) that started in 2013/2014 , and housing
projects (Dar masr -Skn masr housing project -Jannat Masr- Modern character project)
