Bulletin data collected in Form 309 A.E.P of counting the foreign employees in Egypt (attachment 1) by three methods:
1) The Department of Needs that following to Economic and Mobilization Sector of different government authorities (Ministries – Public Authorities – Governorates – Public \Public business sectors), public mobilization planned to require for the fiscal year, and to enlist in the plan Form 309 A.E.P of foreign employees’ enumeration to be completed.
2) Enumerating Foreigners who gets approve to work during the year in the department of foreign employees’ in the government - Public \Public business sectors in CAPMAS, and to follow up and to contact with them or with their authorities’ deputies, all these tasks done according to steps and timing of the bulletin work plan (attachment 2)
3) Matching replies of the authorities in the plan of these authorities which CAPMAS approved on these foreigners to work during year 2015 and based on it we identified the authorities that needs to be directed with fax to make a frame for it.
