General Statistics Law No. 35 of 1960 Article (403)


1. Individual statements are confidential and no individual or body may be informed of them
2. No statement may be used as a basis for tax linking and shall be taken as no evidence of any judicial or legal action
3. All persons shall submit the data requested by CAPMAS representatives in accordance with the truth and on time,allow CAPMAS representatives to have access to all documents to verify the statement truth.
4- A penalty of imprisonment of not less than one month and not more than six months and a fine of not less than L.E 100 and not exceeding L.E 500 for any person who violates previous articles provisions or tell incorrect statements

All statistics issued by CAPMAS do not have any dealing conditions other than those included in Law 35 or within Law 35
