Overview
Producer Price Index time series released data of September as a base (2004/2005), and according to the economic changes and the users ‘needs we developed the methodology and released new time series of Price Index (PI) starts with a base period of January 2016 from data of August /September 2017 bulletin. Bulletin goals :
- Measure the changes in the domestic producer’s prices’ levels of commodities and services.
-One of the economic short term indicators of inflation.
-The national accounts deflator.
-Relying on by various international organizations such as: IMF – CBE for comparisons, Economic oversight and monetary policy evaluation.
-Economic analysis tool for every business men and researchers.
