Overview

Abstract

Drinking Water and Sanitation Sector is an important strategic sector supported by the state for its direct link with the citizens’ lives.

In this context, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS) issues the "Annual Bulletin of Pure Water and Sanitation Statistics in 2017/2018", which includes statistical data for water and sanitation stations following to the Holding Company for Drinking Water and Sanitation, also, the water stations following to the Suez Canal Authority, and water stations following to the New Urbanizations Communities Authority.

Bulletin Goals:

1- Highlight the activity of collection / purification of drinking water and sanitation on the Republic governorates’ level, in addition to Suez Canal Authority and New Urbanizations Communities Authority.

2- Measuring the average share per capita from produced pure water.
