CAPMAS works within republican laws and decisions framework which regulate foreigners work in Egypt, so CAPMAS issues "Annual Bulletin of Foreign Workers in Egypt (Governmental and Public Sector / Public Business sectors) in 2015 to complete the related previously released series of publications since 1975.

A - The statistic is issued annually for a calendar year, and its preparation period is 6 months, and the final results are published.
B - Sources and method of data collection:
Data is collected from various state agencies (Ministries - Public authorities - Governorates - Public / Public Business companies) written on form (309) for counting of foreign workers in Egypt and their different characteristics (Military experts do not include the counting).
C - Managing unresponsive data:
The aforementioned entities are addressed by fax, followed up by phone, and corporation with CAPMAS mobilization committees heads to acquire the statement.
D - Methods of access to data and publishing rules:
The bulletins are available on CAPMAS's website and a paper bulletin.
