The bulletin shall be completed using the following forms:
1-165 O.M.t.M Bankruptcy Form which is designed from the data provided by Ministry of Justice to include sufficient data an bankrupt status,address and debt value.Output tables are issued according to debt value of and No. of cases keeping the privacy of the rest of the personal data according to the law.
2-166 O.M.t.M Protosto Form which is designed according to quality of data provided by Ministry of Justice.This data is presented as debt value and month in which Protosto was processed,as well as total number of cases.Output schedules are issued on this basis
