1-As of 2013,Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics (CAPMAS),in corporation with Ministry of Health Information Center obtained registered Birth and Death data
in the center on an electronic medium according to a cooperation agreement between the parties in reviewing and verifying completion deaths data caused by external causes
2-Deaths data are collected through the sections and police centers in the governorates.


Alive births and deaths otifications include special data such as:
1-Alive births:Birth gender - Mother's age - Father's profession - Mother habitual residence place - Fertility data.
2-Deaths: Deceased gender - Deceased age - Profession - Marital status - Deceased habitual residence place - Death cause
These notifications are received by health clerks at all Health Offices throughout the Republic
3- High-risk casualty deaths form gets from police stations and departments
