Fifth: Used definitions: 1- Emigrants: who emigrates the countries obtained emigrant license through legal channels according to migrations law and Egyptians welfares aboard (no. 111) for year 1983(article 8) “Considering the emigrants a permanent emigrant for every Egyptian live a regular and permanent resident outside the countries, the one who obtained other foreign nationality of obtaining permission for permanent residence in a foreign country or lived there for no less than 10 years, or obtained migration permission from the migration countries that determined by a decree from the specialized minister of migration affairs. ".
Origin emigrant: the individual who applied for immigration license to the concerned authorities to emigrate outside the countries declaring his desires of accompanying his family. 3. Emigrants who obtained the entity of emigrant: who leave the countries without migration permission then gained the entity of emigrant in the country of migration. 4. Companion: the individual who obtained the migration license outside the country following the origin emigrant. 5. Gaining the nationality of a foreign country: considered as a permanent immigrant every Egyptian living a regular resident outside the country by gaining this foreign nationality along with keeping his Egyptian nationality and this right applied to his wife and his children who emigrate with him or whether they want to keep their Egyptian nationality or not.
