Emigrants who obtained the entity of emigrant: who leave the countries without migration permission then gained the entity of emigrant in the country of migration. 4. Companion: the individual who obtained the migration license outside the country following the origin emigrant. 5. Gaining the nationality of a foreign country: considered as a permanent immigrant every Egyptian living a regular resident outside the country by gaining this foreign nationality along with keeping his Egyptian nationality and this right applied to his wife and his children who emigrate with him or whether they want to keep their Egyptian nationality or not.
