( 1 )Questionnaire of Public sector/ Public business and Private sector, including data on:

1-Total wages, cash salary and in kind benefits during the fiscal year of the establishment, data fulfilled from the actual general budget and closure accounts of the establishment .
2- Number of workers in the establishment according to the educational status, gender, occupation, number of paid wages of working hours, total wages, bonus and grants before deduction, which the workers get from the establishment on the level of each occupation monthly, in addition to the outer cover page, that contains identifying and geographic data of the establishment.
