          <![CDATA[CAPMAS works according to the framework of Republic legislations and decisions regulate the work of foreigners in Egypt, so CAPMAS publish annual bulletin of foreign employees in Egypt (governmental sector- Public sector/Public business) 2015 to complete series of previous bulletin released on this subject since 1975 
 First: Bulletin Target:
 To identify the size and characteristics of the incoming work force to Egypt in governmental sector- Public sector/ Public business in 2015, such as nationality, work destination, educational status, occupation sections and type of contracts
 Second: Methodology:
 A-	Releasing the annual bulletin in a Georgian year, preparing in 6 months and publish the final results.
 B-	Sources and method of collecting data:
 Data collected from the State’s various authorities (ministries, public authorities, governorates, and public sector/ public business sector’s companies) edited on questionnaire (309) for counting foreigners in Egypt and their different characteristics (not including military experts)
 C-	Processing non responding Data:
 By addressing the authorities mentioned before, by fax then by follow-up through the telephone and cooperate with the heads of the mobilizing committees in CAPMAS to obtain the statement.
 D-	Method of providing data and dissemination rules:
 To provide the bulletin on C.A.P.M.A.S. website and in hard copy in paper

        <![CDATA[First - Bulletin Target: aims to identify the size and characteristics of the Egyptians who have obtained approval for legal immigration and to know the development of the migration of Egyptians with different specialties and scientific competencies during the period (2017-2021) and to identify the size and characteristics of immigrants in 2021. The Bulletin also aims to identify the size and characteristics of Egyptians who acquired the citizenship of a foreign country during the period (2017-2021) and the identification of other nationalities that Egyptians acquired during the year 2021.
 Second - Data sources: The bulletin relies on the data of Egyptians who obtained approval to emigrate abroad, who left the country through legal channels, and Egyptians abroad who acquired the status of an immigrant and who applied to be considered immigrants on forms 348 and 349 for immigrants and those who have acquired the status of an immigrant received from the Department of Passports, Immigration and Nationality at the Ministry of Interior.
 Thirdly - Periodicity: The Bulletin is issued periodically annually from 1968 under the name Permanent Migration of Egyptians. The name of the Bulletin has been changed to (Egyptians who obtained approval to migrate abroad) starting from the 2010 Bulletin, and it was changed in 2015 to “Egyptians who obtained approval to migrate abroad” Immigration abroad and Egyptians holding another nationality” to reflect the content of the bulletin.
 Fourth - Inclusion of the bulletin: The bulletin includes immigrants who left the country through legal channels, as well as those abroad who have applied to be considered immigrants, and Egyptians who hold other nationalities.
 Fifth – Used Terms: 1 - Migrants: They are those who left the country holding an immigration license through legal channels in accordance with the Immigration and Sponsorship of Egyptians Abroad Law No. 111 of 1983 (Article 8) "A permanent immigrant is considered a permanent immigration every Egyptian who makes his regular residence permanently abroad." country by acquiring the citizenship of a foreign country or obtaining a permanent residence permit in it or residing there for a period of not less than ten years, or obtaining a permission to emigrate from one of the countries of emigration determined by a decision of the minister concerned with immigration affairs.
 2- The original immigrant: is the individual who submitted to the concerned authorities a request for approval to emigrate outside the country, explaining his desire to accompany his family members. 3- Immigrants who acquired immigrant status: They are those who left the country and settled in the country of immigration and requested to acquire immigrant status from the Ministry of Interior. 4- Companion: the individual who obtained a license to immigrate outside the country, affiliated with the original immigrant. 5- Acquisition of the nationality of a foreign country: Egyptian law allows Egyptian citizens to naturalize a foreign nationality with or without retaining the Egyptian nationality after obtaining permission to do so issued by a decision of the Minister of Interior. In the case of a citizen's request not to retain the Egyptian nationality, he is considered to have lost it from the date of the ministerial decision or from the date of acquiring the foreign nationality, whichever is later.
 6- The main scientific groups according to the international codified classification of education statistics: Education: It includes the field of teacher training and education sciences. The statistics of this group are collected from the following faculties: Education - Specific Education - Kindergarten - Industrial Education and Physical Education. Arts and Humanities: A - Human studies: Faculties (the foundations of religion - Sharia and law - Islamic and Arabic studies - the Noble Qur’an for readings - human studies - Al-Alsun - languages and translation). B - Arts: Faculties (Fine Arts - Applied Arts - Art Education) - Academy of Arts. Social sciences, journalism, and media: a- Social and behavioral sciences: Faculties: economics, political science, arts. B - Journalism and Media - Media Faculties. Business, Administration and Law: A- Business, Administration and Law: Faculties of Commerce (except for the major in Statistics - Computers). B - Law: Faculties of Law. Natural sciences, mathematics, and statistics: a- Biological sciences and related sciences, environment: faculties of science specializations (biology - plant - animal - insects - birds - microbiology) b - physical sciences: faculties of science specializations (astronomy - space sciences - physics - chemistry - geology) - Geophysics - Mineralogy - Physical Geography). C- Mathematics and Statistics: Faculties of science have specializations (Mathematics - Operations Research - Statistics) Faculties of Commerce specialize in (Statistics). Communication and Information Technology: A- Communication and Information Technology: Faculties of Computers and Information - Faculties of Commerce and Science majoring in (computer). Engineering, manufacturing, and construction: a- Engineering and engineering crafts: faculties of engineering specializations (mechanics and electricity - electronics - telecommunications - engineering drawing - metalworking - chemical engineering - vehicle maintenance). B - Manufacturing and Processing: Faculties of Engineering (Spinning and Weaving - Mineral Extraction - Petroleum Refining) Faculties of Home Economics. C- Architectural and Construction Engineering: Faculties of Engineering have specializations (Architecture - Structural Engineering - Building Planning - Civil Engineering) - Faculties of Fine Arts majoring in Architecture. Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Veterinary: A- Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries: Faculties of Agriculture. B - Veterinary: Faculties of veterinary medicine. Health and Welfare: A- Health: Faculties of Human Medicine - Dentistry - Pharmacy. B - Physiotherapy - Nursing - Applied Medical Sciences. C- Welfare: Colleges of Social Work. Services: These including Personal services areas - transportation services - security services. Statistics for this group are collected from the following faculties (tourism and hotels - maritime transport - international transport - police). Sixth - Methods of making data available: paper - C.D - website. Note: Annual rate of change = current year's statement - previous year's statement / previous year's statement x 100.
