          <![CDATA[	CAPAMS workes within the framework of republican laws and decrees regulating the work of foreigners in Egypt. Therefore, CAPAMS releases the “Annual Bulletin for Foreign Workers in Egypt (Government Sector and Public Sector/Public Business) in 2015 as a continuation of the previous series of bulletins released in this regard since 1975.
 First: The purpose of the bulletin:
   Identifying the size and characteristics of the expatriate labor force to Egypt in the government sector and the public sector / public business in 2022.
  In terms of (nationality - employer - educational status - professions - type of contract). 
  Second: Methodology:
    A- The statistic is released annually for a calendar year, and its preparation period is 6 months, and the final results are published.
    B- Sources and method of data collection:
     Data is collected from the various state agencies (ministries - public bodies - governorates - public sector companies / public business) written on form (309), for listing foreign workers in Egypt and their different characteristics (the list does not include military experts).
    C- Unresponsive data processing:
        The aforementioned authorities are addressed by fax, then followed up by telephone and cooperated with the heads of CAPAMS mobilization committees to obtain the statement.
    D- Methods of data availability and publishing rules:
       The flyers are available on CAPMAS website and Publications.
    E- Symbols used:
       ( ) The number is negative.

          <![CDATA[Bulletin data is collected on Form 309A. . The list of foreigners working in Egypt (Annex 1) can be done in three ways:
 1) The Needs Department of the Economic and Mobilization Statistics Sector sends to various government agencies (ministries - public bodies - governorates - public sector / public business) the required general mobilization plans for the fiscal year 2015/2016 to be completed, and the special form 309 , is included in this plan Counting foreign workers to fulfill them.
 2) Listing the foreigners who obtained approval to work during the year from the department of foreigners working in the government and the public sector/public business in the agency, and follow-up and communicate with them or with representatives of the agencies in which they work, all of this is done according to the stages and timings of the work plan of the bulletin (Attachment 2).
 3) The entities whose responses were mentioned in the plans are matched with the entities in which the agency approved the employment of foreigners during the year 2022. Accordingly, the entities that will be addressed by fax are determined and a framework is made for them.]]>
