All customs certificates for exports and imports that have been released in accordance with the General Regulations shall apply to the research period received from all customs ports at Arab Republic of Egypt level

Customs certificates are issued for imports from Customs Department within one month and ten days from the date of the reference month. Exports are to be sent by General Authority for exports and imports control within 10 days of the reference certificate. Ministry of Petroleum and Ministry of Electricity and Energy are sent within 20 days of the reference month
